Yueqing Yuli Vacuum Electric Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 by Chairman Zhimin Hu. Its registered address is No. 47, Changxing Road, Liushi Town, Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province. It has been specializing in the production, research and development and sales of vacuum contactors. Due to business expansion and company development needs, in April 2004, Chairman Hu Zhimin led the acquisition of Yueqing Weicheng Electrical Co., Ltd. and built Weicheng Industrial Park with a construction area of 12,000 square meters, located in Huanghe road, North Baxiang town, Yueqing city, Zhejiang province of China. The main product range was expanded to more other medium voltage switches (e.g. vacuum circuit breakers, load break switch, isolation switch), and switch components (e.g. vacuum interrupters). VACEM has developed steadily. In April 2007, it changed its name to Zhejiang Weicheng Electric Co., Ltd., and in January 2011, it increased its capital to CNY 50 million and changed its name to Weicheng Electrical Co., Ltd. Due to international business increased and offer better service, Wenzhou VACEM Technology Co., Ltd established in 2012.
