Sulfur  hexafluoride  gas  is  now  widely  used  in  high-voltage  electrical  appliances  due  to  its  excellent  insulation  and  arc performance.50% of the  sulfur hexafluoride  gas  produced  m  the  world   is  used  in  the  power  industry,of  which   80%is  for high-voltage  switchgear.More  than 90%of  the  fully   sealed  loop  network  cabinet  operated  at  home  relies  on  sulfur hexafluoride  gas  as  an  insulating  medium.

However,there  is  inevitable  leakage  and  emission  during  the  inflation,operation  and  recovery  of  this   gas,which  is  an important   source   of pollution   to   the   atmosphere,seriously   damaging   the    human   living   environment."Kyoto    Protocol"clearly states that SF6gas  is one of six greenhouse gases.SF6 gas  has  been  included  in  the  list  of hazardous wastes  in the"National  List  of  Hazardous  Wastes"promulgated  and implemented  in  1998.The  global  warming  coefficient  of  SF6  gas    molecules  is  24.000  to  2.6  million  times  higher  than  that  of  CO2  gas molecules,according  to  statistics,SF6  gas  annually    consumed by distribution system exceeds 4500 tons of CO2 emissions.

The  life  of  SF6  gas  molecules  in  the  atmosphere  is  3400  years,whose  impact  on  the  human  environment  lasts  hundreds  of generations,with  far  more  adverse  effects  of  CO2  gas.In   recent  years   in  the  whole  world,especially   in  the   northern hemisphere,there  had been  a  steep   rising  trend  of  SF6  gas   concentration  in  the   atmosphere,attracting  more  and   more attention   of   the    international community.

Therefore,using  as   little  SF6  gas  as   possible  or   not  using  it.and  vigorously   promoting  new  technologies  and  alternative products  have  become  a   consensus  in  the   industry  of  production  and   use  of  high-voltage  switch.Our  company  follow  the principle  of  using  less SF6  gas  or  not  using  it,and  independently  researches  and  develops  SGXGN-12  solid  to  insulate  thee  loop   network  cabinet   based  on systematic  study,study,and   learning  from  similar  foreign   products.
