Classification of contactors 0~1000 V:
Contactors of 0~1000 V can be classified into AC contactors and DC contactors based on the type of control circuit, or into single-pole, two-pole, three-pole and four-pole contactors based on the number of poles. The classification is mainly determined by the rated voltage, the rated current and the control mode of the operating coil.
0~1000 V 接触器的分类:0~1000 V 接触器按控制回路类型可分为交流接触器和直流接触器,按极数可分为单极、双极、三极和四极接触器。其分类依据主要取决于额定电压、额定电流及操作线圈的控制方式。

Working principle of contactors 0~1000 V:
The opening and closing of the circuit are realized by means of the electromagnetic force generated by the operating coil. When the coil is energized, the electromagnetic force drives the moving contact to close, thereby connecting the circuit; when the coil is de-energized, the contacts separate under the action of the release spring, thereby cutting off the circuit. This type of contactor is primarily employed for frequent switching of low-voltage loads.
0~1000 V 接触器的工作原理:借助操作线圈产生的电磁力实现电路的分合。线圈通电时,电磁力驱动动触头闭合,电路接通;线圈断电时,触头在释放弹簧作用下分离,电路切断。该型接触器主要用于低压负载的频繁通断控制。

Structural characteristics of contactors 0~1000 V:
The contactor is composed of an electromagnetic system, a contact system, an arc-extinguishing device and a release spring. The contacts are made of silver-based alloy to reduce contact resistance and wear, and the arc-extinguishing device is used to extinguish the arc generated during breaking. The equipment is characterized by a compact structure, long electrical life, high switching frequency and convenient maintenance.
0~1000 V 接触器的结构特点:接触器由电磁系统、触头系统、灭弧装置及释放弹簧组成。触头采用银基合金材料以降低接触电阻与磨损,灭弧装置用于熄灭分断时产生的电弧。该设备具有结构紧凑、电气寿命长、操作频率高、维护方便等特点。

Operational requirements of contactors 0~1000 V:
The coil voltage shall meet the rated value to ensure reliable closing, and the contact pressure shall be maintained within the specified range. Overvoltage protection measures shall be provided when switching inductive loads. Prolonged operation under overload conditions is strictly prohibited.
0~1000 V 接触器的工作要求:线圈电压应符合额定值以确保可靠闭合,触头压力应保持在规定范围之内。开断感性负载时应装设过电压保护措施。严禁在过载条件下长期运行。

Applications of contactors 0~1000 V:
The equipment is extensively applied in low-voltage switchgear, motor control centers and industrial power distribution systems for the frequent control and protection of motors, transformers, capacitor banks and lighting circuits.
